Let's Do Something New... (24/2/2025)

I’m back home and ready to crush these markets again — but we’re going to venture into something new for a bit:

Let’s play in the S&P500 (ES).

(Also a quick side note, streaming is back on this week! We’ll be doing London streams for a little while starting at 3am EST)

I typically switch between NQ and ES periodically for different reasons.

Why the ES? With the Trump volatility and uncertainty in the market, I’d rather be day trading a slower and more steady market.

ES fits the bill for something more steady, but still enough movement to provide opportunity every day.

It also works great with the volume profile levels.

Let’s take a look at Monday’s levels and the weekly levels for ES:

Monday + Weekly Levels:

Here are the levels for Monday’s session:

Value Area High: 6096.00

Point of Control: 6031.25

Value Area Low: 6024.50

And the weekly levels are outlined in orange in the image above, they are:

Value Area High: 6161.00

Point of Control: 6133.75

Value Area Low: 6106.75
